Volume calculation robustness

Some holes are out of the frame: => need to rotate 3D point clouds so that:

• Z-axis becomes perpendicular to the mean targets plane
• rulers, usually put as a rectangle, are vertical and horizontal in the coordinate system

• clip the point clouds at a max distance of 10cm from the rulers to save computing time ?
