PICRUSt dependency

Hi, I am a bit confused about FROGS interaction with PICRUSt.

I have FROGS installed with conda. I have seen that picrust is in the requirement section in macros.xml. However it's not present in the conda __frogs@4.1.0 environment. Is it the expected behavior ?

In addition, looking at frogs_picrust2_functions.loc example, it is mentioned : <Galaxy_dir>/database/dependencies/_conda/envs/<PICRUSt2_env>...

So should I install independently PICRUSt out of FROGS ? If yes, which picrust package would you recommend in order to get the counts.txt.gz files ?
