Wrong stress calculations (LAI & TDM)

• find why stressLAI / TDM laways fixed at 0.99 or 1 (see etr_cum/etm_cum, maybe ES1/2 & TP1/TP2)
• fix LAI/TDM calculation in particular for multpl runs
