Test Param ITB Isues beetroot

• We need to test 4 parameters:
• daysSwlai : Sum(ETR)/Sum(ETM) over daysSwlai of previous days -> relative evapotranspiration deficit
• daysSwTdm: Sum(TP)/Sum(TPM) over daysSwTdm of previous days -> relative deficit in transpiration
• estressLai : Nocivity affecting StressLAI
• estressTdm: Nocivity affecting StressTDM

Ranges of values, daysSwLai/Tdm (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 10), estressLai/Tdm (0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1, 1.5, 2), i.e. approx. 2401 calibrations

• Review results display

• Select the 10 best parameter sets

• Either according to a "visual" method

• Or according to R², RSME, scores or Index Agreement (Willmott 1982)

• May be select parameters according to less différences between all points

• Test other params (alpha / beta) witch can impact LAI curve

• TDM & Sugar yield try to check tdmrac5 & tdmrac70
