Preparation of new calibration

All formalism have been rework inside OptirrigCORE, then specifique function are no longer needed to describe Beetroot inside this pkg.

• Rework the OptirrigBEET project structure (only function for calibration, simulation and analysis)
• Rework all reports to anlyses results :
  • Comparison with old and new formalism
