Tinytex is not found for PDF documentation generation

This issue arise since last build of the image: https://forge.inrae.fr/cassiopee/moulinet-docker-image/-/jobs/1463039

This hotfix solves the problem but is not satisfactory since this docker image should ensure the presence of TinyTex: moulinet@ccc39864
