[local version of the MTB] semantic file folders strange location

loadCSVs(cinputCalculator = "mean", ids = list(1,4,7), csvsDir = "/home/fred/Dropbox (CRA-W)/Code/Projects/CarboSeq/data-raw/csv_templates/", maxCores=2)

A first error was that it was looking for the "semantic files" in this csv folder too, and not in the subfolder of the "tools" package I think. So I copied/pasted what I found in the folder to get past this error
