Autosolve conflict from user default preference

• Add a conflict_keep_only parameter in INI file for each folder with three possibilities : both, server, local
• Read ini file in R
• delete extra files
• send an error code 101
• modify cloud_sync.bat to redo sync if the code 101 is returned by R
