x+ node created by snapping close nodes together can create unsolvable cutlines position

When snapping close nodes together adjacent edges are not modified, thus it can create narrow angle that doesn't allow enough variation for cutlines to validate the cut conditions.

Happened once in c15000 features (brenne dataset)
