Improve of pre-processing CWA : high crop detection and removal

We could use a kernel 5x5 or 7x7 and compute mean square deviation to remove high crop as mean square deviation should be relatively low inside a field. Migth still need to use a field layer (RPG) to avoid removal of vegetation outside fields.
