This repository contains a set of script for the installation, acquisition, automation and maintenance of thermal and visible cameras (FLIR A655sc and Daheng MER2 industrial camera) as part of the LEAFPACE ERC project. The goal of this package is to help users in using Capsis software and compile reports for field workshops. The workshop consist in predicting management effects on forest stand with Samsara2 model within Capsis platform.
