Update the tests and their data for F3M modules v1.1.1

A new version of the F3M modules is now released to correct a few metabolic functions. Therefore the update of the modules file will surely change the data (input and maybe outputs) of the tests. There's a high risk that the tests will fail. So we have to:

• update the F3M file in the data section of the tests
• update if needed the expected data of every test failing consequently
