Sources' descriptions are not entirely displayed in Assigned Policies tab

How to reproduce:

• Go to Policies page
• Go to Assigned Policies tab
• Select a policy in select input
• In bottom table "Assigned Groups", check "Source description" column

Summary: There could be multiple sources in a Group row (Source Name column), but only one description is displayed (probably only the first one).

Find a different way to display sources descriptions. Suggestions:

• Display only on Source Name mouse hover
• Display all in one colum with a separator (comma or semicolon)
• Display all in multiple line (sub-rows with name and description aligned)
• Remove completely the sources description's column
