Improve requests validation buttons

On Requests page, Pending requests list tab:

The 'process request' (which validates it) has no column name and is just a 'check' icon. It should be a success button with clear text 'Accept this request'

Same for the 'Delete this request' button which is currently a trashcan. Replace with a button 'Refuse this request'
