Add a warning about "non available" resources on map page

On map pages, there's fewer points shown than in the results table. This is probably due to restrictions on certain resources location.

We should warn users about this to reduce confusion.

To reproduce:

Select all points on the map. When going back to results table, fewer points will be selected than total row.

Number of selected points shown on both pages will be different.
