[Mapping] Export an empty mapping file

Feature description

Propose to export an empty mapping file — containing only the list of nodes and an empty condition column. Doing so will provide a ready-to-be-filled file for users.

Use cases

1. Upload a file of interest
2. Click on mapping
3. Click on a button « export mapping » that — if no mapping file has yet be provided — will export an empty mapping file
