Unnecessary lines in datatable from home

When navigating from home page to the datatable using the links in the menu, some lines are sometimes displayed with partially empty data making them unnecessary: for example, when going to Targets > All targets, there is some lines with no target, only organism information is present in the row. This makes them not empty nor the same as the other ones, so they are kept, even if not necessary as we only want to list the targets.
