Wrong CD duplex positioning when a fragment is at the ends of the sequence

The duplex cd box target starts position is after the four starts (from right to left).

A solution to solve this issue can be:

• The API replace the **** by the real sequence part, if no sequence exists as in the exemple, the part will contains a padding with space.

We can manage sequences such as the fragments length are the same by including padding with spaces.
