Remove dependencies to our own maven repository

The current version have 3 dependencies in our own maven repository:

• fr.cemagref:ohoui:jar:0.1.1
• fr.cemagref:observation:jar:0.1.6
• net.infonode:docking:jar:1.5.0

The fact is that our maven repository can be maintened for a very few number of packages.

The two first are our own modules, and the thirst one can't be found on any public maven repository.

Two solutions:

• submit this package to a public repository. See https://maven.apache.org/guides/mini/guide-central-repository-upload.html
• publish these dependencies for manual download with instructions for deploy them locally by the user
