deeprot-studio show delta mass for all spectrum even if it not selected

after loading and filtering data from deeprot with 1% fdr deeprot studio seems to show delta mass for all spectra not for filtered ones

## Steps to reproduce (How one can reproduce the issue - very important) load sample, check deeprot Studio apply filter (valid peptides drop from 3950 to 21 and the graph do not change (only red spot disappear)
