Here some issue i'm encountering today:

• checkbox "Automatic order factor" in beta diversity + boxplot tests module is not reactive (automatic ordering is always done)
• heatmap preview does not show up in UI + downloaded svg is too little
• deseq + metagenomeseq is not working in diff analysis module >> OK fixed in f5a99ab6
• classic venn diagram generate standard output (counts are 1, 12, 123, 1234...)
• Non reproductible results of metacoder between ranomaly / exploremetabar.

Suggestion for beta-diversity: checkbox or list to apply specific transformation on abundance table: hellinger (default) + TSS
