Restore RDF transformation

TODO:

  • Refactor Agg parsing. in cli.py the transform jsonld argument is working but help is badly documented
  • Check elasticsearch transform still fully funcitonnal
  • Complete Ontology.jsonld definition
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
