Changelog :

• Use OTBTF 5.0 dev image for testing, thus no need to reinstall pylint, pytest, etc.
• Drop module install.py since OTB now offers an script for easy install
• Fix auto env setting with OTB 9 (closes #124 (closed))
• Drop deprecated funcs and attrs inherited from pyotb 1.5
