AdducTrackR is an R package designed to compute all possible peptide oligomers from the exact masses of proteinogenic amino acids, for any specified degree of oligomerization. It supports in silico modeling of peptide-polyphenol interactions to assist in the annotation of high-resolution mass spectrometry data.

This project is the source repository of the CRAN package 'hicream' https://cran.r-project.org/package=hicream.

It performs Hi-C data differential analysis based on pixel-level differential analysis and a post hoc inference strategy to quantify signal in clusters of pixels. Clusters of pixels are obtained through a connectivity-constrained two-dimensional hierarchical clustering.

The two libraries of the XpertMass project are libXpertMassCore and libXpertMassGui. The two libraries expose common non-gui and gui functionalities, respectively, that are used by two software pieces of the msXpertSuite organization: MassXpert and MineXpert.

The 'rsiwaa' R package provides an API to help using, in R language, a Siwaa tool or a Siwaa workflow. It allows to upload input files, run the tool or the workflow, survey the running progression, and finally download output files.
